When he took up his position as Chef de Cuisine Florian Vogel succeeded a with a Michelin star awarded chef. A price most desired in the professional world of fine gourmet restaurants. We are happy and proud to announce that he can call himself now a star chef – shortly after the restaurant was rated with 15 points in the Gault&Millau. Congratulations to him and the entire team of Camers Schlossrestaurant!

The workshops were demanding, the courses challeng­ing. Much has been accom­plished, and much remains to be done. But now the day has come to an end and it is time to relax and gather as friends to chat and share a drink.

Distilled delights

The delicious fruit brandies pro­duced on the cas­tle’s Gut Eichet­hof leave noth­ing to be de­sired. Dis­tilled with pas­sion and abso­lute atten­tion to qual­ity, the range in­cludes 25 brandies, from apple to rowan berry. In addi­tion to its fine brandies, Gut Eichet­hof also pro­duces out­stand­ing oils, vine­gars and honey from our own forests.
