Castle life

Shooting star

When he took up his position as Chef de Cuisine Florian Vogel succeeded a with a Michelin star awarded chef. A price most desired in the professional world of fine gourmet restaurants. We are happy and proud to announce that he can call himself now a star chef – shortly after the restaurant was rated with 15 points in the Gault&Millau. Congratulations to him and the entire team of Camers Schlossrestaurant!

A good day

The workshops were demanding, the courses challenging. Much has been accomplished, and much remains to be done. But now the day has come to an end and it is time to relax and gather as friends to chat and share a drink.

Visit our calendar to find out when our next morning pint accompanied by the Bavarian brass band “Blasmusik Hohenkammer” is taking place.

Unimaginable possibilities

A culinary paradise, shopping rally, golf centre, hide away and weekend dream – Schloss Hohenkammer offers all of these things in packages that are both appealing and affordable. Do not miss the chance to have a relaxed and enjoyable break from it all. Help yourself! Maybe even more than once…

Tips and more

Distilled delights

The delicious fruit brandies produced on the castle’s Gut Eichethof leave nothing to be desired. Distilled with passion and absolute attention to quality, the range includes 25 brandies, from apple to rowan berry. In addition to its fine brandies, Gut Eichethof also produces outstanding oils, vinegars and honey from our own forests.

The conference as an experience

Does your conference concept still lack that certain kick? Should your conference’s theme and content be presented as a tangible, physical experience? As skilled event organisers, the Kiwi-Connection ensures animation and variety in your conference or seminar, thanks to activities such as rope course activities, midnight walks by torchlight, team building and personal development.

From very early morning till very late night

No matter if you are an early bird or a night owl, you are never left stranded at Schloss Hohenkammer: our gastronomical day starts with the early bird breakfast at the hotel lobby at 6 am and ends at our bar at 1 am. Take notice of slightly different times at the weekend:

Magazine

Customers for the new

The Schloss Hohenkammer magazine, which has been published since early 2013, fulfills our guests’ desire for more dialogue and communication. It contains the newest suggestions and offers for our guests, and provides insight into the diverse range of services and products of our seminar centre, restaurants, events and our estate Gut Eichethof. Every entry attests to the uniqueness of Hohenkammer.

The new customer, whom we are calling for so vehemently, may of course be an existing one, too. More specifically we are talking about “customers for the new”. About all those who are looking for premises that are made for creativity. Who are looking for premises where clever ideas feel welcome and where the search for something truly new results in finding something truly new. Precisely what helps you get to the top or stay at the top in times of innovation. And the premises that we present to our customers in this magazine cover an even broader spectrum. Enjoy the journey to your power room in the new edition of our magazine!
