For many, many years we have been taking care of conference guests. We know exactly what is desired, needed, and appreciated. With this experience in mind, we have curated packages that take care of every detail. We call them modules, as they make up the construction of your successful event.
The first module includes the rooms, the technology, and the service. In short: everything you need to work. The rooms are available in four categories, ranging from small (S) accommodating up to 15 people to extra-large (XL) for up to 180 people. The extensive – state-of-the-art – technical equipment depends on the booked room category. Before and during your stay, you will receive competent support for all your requirements.
The second part is the catering you will enjoy during your event: drinks in the conference room, coffee breaks with a wide range of offerings, and the four-course lunch buffet that leaves nothing to be desired.
The third module is an optional four-course dinner that will bring your day to a crowning finale.
We’d like to highlight the fourth module. If you book our conference flex, you can cancel free of charge: 14 days before the start of your event for groups with up to 30 people and up to four weeks before the start of your event for larger groups.

Our Werkstatt für Neues is empty. A room that is open to everything. Everything the creative team requires is stored in big cupboards. The team will create its own room and adapt it to the current requirements in the process of working. Just like an artist’s studio, the Werkstatt für Neues offers a thousand possibilities for creative work, both indoors and outdoors. And the unusual work materials play their part when it comes to opening up your creative horizon.
Working – undisturbed and secluded. With a view from the adjacent garden onto the beautiful river Glonn. This is where ideas are born in a calm environment – at Altes Försterhaus with its comfortable living room. This is where mindfulness rules. This is where teams shape automatically. The meeting room Durchblick next door offers a space for concentration. Barbecues on the veranda at the river Glonn give the team a sense of unity.
The beautiful garden lot near the shed has been around for a long time. We just had to discover how comfortable it is to convene here on a beautiful day. Undisturbed by daily business and inspired by the adjacent castle. Including all the equipment that is needed to move from thinking outside to thinking outside the box: the ideal convention garden! And if the weather doesn’t agree with the plans, the classic conference room awaits you.
The Turm der Ideen is here for you to discuss, write, pin and think. Two working areas offer space to evolve: individually designed, they allow you to work standing up or seated. Keep all essential points in sight with 12 sqm of wall space and let the bright group space illuminate the mind. The window seat becomes a thinker’s bunk and allows you to let your thoughts wander with a 270° view from the castle tower.
Wood harvested from the trees of our own forest Giebinger Forst provided the material for the creative analogue equipment: With the help of mobile walls, stools and workstations scattered around, individual group spaces are created in no time. Together with cannyboard, the digital “all-in-one” collaboration solution, the room offers ideal conditions for interactive and hybrid workshops.
You would like to briefly connect the boss from their office to your meeting? Or some participants need to join virtually? The cannyboard platform or another popular video conferencing system will bring you together. Our Digital Meeting Concierge supports you during the setup and accompanies you until everything runs according to your expectations. The perfect setting ensures a successful event.
